Practice Areas
If you've been hurt in Missouri, here are the kinds of situations I can talk with you about.
Auto Accidents
Crashes on I-44, state highways, and local roads can leave you with medical bills, a damaged vehicle, and calls from insurance adjusters. I can talk through what happened and what your options may be.
Dog Bites
A dog bite or animal attack can mean medical care, scarring, and time away from work. I can review what happened and help you understand what Missouri law may allow.
Slip and Fall
Injuries from a fall at a store, business, or other property—whether from wet floors, broken steps, or poor lighting—raise questions about who may be responsible. I can go over the circumstances with you.
Medical Malpractice
When medical care falls short of what you reasonably expected and you are hurt as a result, it can be hard to know where to turn. I can listen to what happened and talk about whether it may be something to look into further.
Nursing Home Abuse & Neglect
If a loved one in a nursing home or care facility has been neglected or mistreated, you deserve clear answers. I can help you understand the situation and what steps may be available.
Birth Injuries
Complications during pregnancy, labor, or delivery can affect a child and a family for years. I can talk with you about what happened and whether it may be worth a closer look.
Workers’ Compensation
Hurt on the job in Missouri? Workers’ compensation may cover medical care and a portion of lost wages while you recover. I can help you understand the process and what benefits may apply to your situation.
Mass tort cases
A mass tort is a case where many people say they were harmed by the same product or conduct. These are the mass tort matters I can talk with you about.
Mesothelioma
Mesothelioma is a cancer often linked to asbestos exposure, sometimes from work, military service, or home renovation many years ago. If you or a family member has been diagnosed, I can listen to your history and talk with you about whether a claim may be worth looking into.
Social Media Addiction
Lawsuits have been filed claiming some social media platforms were designed in ways that can harm young people. If your child or teen has struggled with compulsive use along with anxiety, depression, an eating disorder, or self-harm, I can talk with you about what happened and what options may be available.
NEC / Infant Formula
Necrotizing enterocolitis (NEC) is a serious intestinal condition that can affect premature babies. Lawsuits claim some cow’s-milk-based formulas and fortifiers may increase that risk. If your premature baby was fed formula in the hospital and developed NEC, I can go over what happened with you.
Mass tort cases are often handled together with other law firms that focus on these matters, with your written consent and at no added cost to you.
Not sure if your situation fits?
Every case is different. If you were hurt and aren't sure whether it's something I handle, send me the details and I’ll let you know. If it's not a fit, I’ll try to point you in a helpful direction.
Missouri has deadlines for filing injury claims. Waiting too long can affect your rights, so it's a good idea to talk with a lawyer soon after an accident.
Start with a conversation. Together we’ll build the support your case deserves.
When you contact Morgan Law Group, I personally review your situation and talk with you about your options. Some matters I handle myself. When a case needs more resources, trial experience, or a particular area of law, I may work alongside, or refer you to, another law firm I trust and believe is well suited to your case. The goal is to give your case the attention and resources it deserves.
You will always know who is working on your case. Every case I take is handled on a contingency fee basis, and your fee does not change if another law firm is brought in to help. Before another firm gets involved, I’ll explain who they are and what each of us will do, and nothing moves forward unless you agree in writing.
Some matters may be referred to or handled jointly with other law firms. All cases are handled on a contingency fee basis, and bringing in another firm does not increase your fee. Any arrangement with another firm requires your written consent. Case costs and expenses are paid out of the recovery only if your case is successful. If there is no recovery, you owe no fee and no case costs.
